Accessibility Statement

Pixel Jammer is committed to making our website accessible to all users, including those with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target standard.

What We’ve Done So Far

  • All images have meaningful alt text (or are marked decorative).

  • Videos on Youtube include closed captions where dialogue is present.

  • Site colours provide sufficient contrast (minimum 4.5:1 for text).

  • Headings are properly structured (H1 → H2 → H3) for screen readers.

  • Forms are fully labelled and keyboard-navigable.

  • The site is responsive and works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

  • Skip-to-content link available for keyboard users.

  • No flashing content that could trigger seizures.

Tools We Use

  • Built on Wix (WCAG-compliant platform).

  • Tested regularly with:

    • WAVE (wave.webaim.org)

    • axe DevTools

    • Google Lighthouse

    • Manual screen-reader testing (NVDA & VoiceOver)

    • Colour contrast analyser

Known Limitations & Future Plans

  • Some older portfolio videos uploaded before 2024 may lack captions — we are adding these by March 2026.

  • PDF quotes/invoices are currently not fully tagged — we will switch to accessible HTML versions by January 2026.

  • Third-party widgets (Calendly, Vimeo embeds) are provided by external services; we only use their accessible versions.

This website was last tested on 18 November 2025 by our team and an external accessibility consultant. The statement was created on 20 November 2025 and will be reviewed every 12 months or after major site updates.

We’re a small creative studio, not a public sector body, but we believe everyone should be able to view our work and book our services without barriers.
